Natural Lands Trust is an organization that seeks to preserve and nurture nature by creating opportunities, saving open spaces, caring for nature, and connecting people to outdoors. The Natural Lands Trust created a strategic plan that calls for attracting more diverse audience to its mission and work. The ROZ Group conducted a multi-dimensional assessment with respect to diversity, equity and inclusion and continues to work with the organization to structure a strategic diversity engagement strategy.
