Pennsylvania Horticultural Society

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society is one of the nation’s most celebrated organizations. Founded in 1827, with the purpose of promoting horticulture as a branch of science, the organization hosts the annual Philadelphia Flower show as well as a robust roster of programs dedicated to urban greening, urban farming, improvements in the urban landscape, and beautification throughout the state. The ROZ Group works with PHS to assess the diversity and inclusion within the organization and to implement long-term recommendations and training. Simultaneously, The ROZ Group provided community engagement services with PHS as part of its 8thand Diamond playground enhancement project in the City of Philadelphia.
